Server Assistant

Full‑time position at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center (Benchmark Hospitality). Shift: 2nd shift. Pay: $18.00 per hour.

• Restock service stations and back‑of‑house stations with glassware, silverware, linen, beverages, ice and other essentials.
• Clear dirty dishes, silverware and glassware from each breakdown station.
• Clean and reset tables between, before, and during service.
• Brew coffee and tea before and during service.
• Check daily orders, maintain pars, and ensure FIFO restocking of products.
• Assist the service team promptly and efficiently.

• Friendly and outgoing personality; enjoys interacting with guests.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of start date and must be re‑certified as needed.
