What You Bring

• Desire to lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition, ensuring compliance with policies and health standards.
• Skill in ensuring food quality, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking, standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
