• Delegating tasks to team members and following up on completion.
• Reporting results to senior management.
• Overseeing Guest Service Department functions like crew training, sales promotions, and front‑counter organization.
• Ensuring Kitchen Department delivers high‑quality, safe food and manages food costs.
• Handling People Department responsibilities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and crew motivation.
