Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items including hand-stretched pizzas, burgers, fried items, and salads, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure kitchen efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver consistent and timely meals.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency.
• Adapt to any special dietary requirements or preferences, ensuring all guests are satisfied.
• Assist with the development and testing of new recipes and menu items.

• Proven experience as a cook in a scratch kitchen or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
