Civitas Living - 178 Crown Pointe Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and standards;
Maintain temperature charts and food safety records;
Assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas;
Support Chef Manager/F&B Director to grow kitchen efficiency and staff training opportunities;
Foster collaboration and ensure FIFO food rotation and proper dating
