The responsibilities of the Hospitality Captain will include:

Greet guests and help them place orders using self-service kiosks

Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies and managing customer issues.

Promote and assist guests with downloading and using the KFC App Double-check digital orders for accuracy before handing them to guests

Prepare and organize condiments for dine-in and digital orders

Maintain clean restrooms and complete shift checklists

Keep the lobby spotless and welcoming at all times

Manage trays – only one tray should remain in the lobby at a time Support your teammates, assist delivery drivers and guests with pick-up orders

Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care Encourage guests to leave Google Reviews using the restaurant’s QR code

Requirements

The ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers!

Must be at least 16 years of age Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another).Attendance and Punctuality a must Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
