Join Taco Casa as an Assistant Manager, where you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee operations and support the team in delivering delicious food in a clean and safe environment. As an assistant manager you will be a part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction above all else.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, train, and coach Crew Members, Cashiers, & Cooks
- Direct and assign tasks to ensure operational standards are met
- Monitor employee compliance with restaurant policies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Adjust staffing levels and control food costs
- Conduct weekly inventory checks
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- Promote a customer service mindset among the team
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints

Scraping together every penny and nickel, we opened up our Southwest Parkway location in January of 2005. We had the good fortune to purchase the Vernon location in 2009. Our Maplewood location was brought on in 2014 and our Duncan Oklahoma store in March of 2018.
We contribute a large part of our success to our amazing staff. Many members of our management have been with our company for 10 to 15 years.
