This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and is not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. If you are hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. All employment matters are handled by the franchisee alone.

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure compliance with McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead Department Managers, setting departmental goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate‑owned restaurants.
