Location: Horseshoe Bay
Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 200 Hi Circle North - Responsibilities:
Set up the cafeteria for daily service, stocking self-service areas with fresh food, proper equipment, and supplies;
Serve fellow associates during meal breaks with a smile, ensuring proper portions and high-quality presentation;
Coordinate with the Food and Controllable Storerooms to maintain par stocks of china, glassware, flatware, and ingredients;
Maintain rigorous standards of food safety and cleanliness, including managing spills, clearing dishes, and ensuring a spotless dining area;
Operate the cash register or meal-tracking machines to ensure accurate billing for food items
