Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 200 Hi Circle North - Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dish room, kitchen areas, and back-of-house spaces;
Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize china, glassware, and utensils;
Sort, stack, and properly store cleaned items;
Clean and maintain dish machines, workstations, and surrounding areas;
Remove trash and keep waste areas clean and organized
