Circle K - 1085 Hwy 72 - Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.;
Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.;
Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations; ensures product quality and food safety.;
Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes daily/weekly/period paperwork and schedules.
