** Summary
A Busser supports the food and beverage team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience in hotel restaurants, lounges, or banquet areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings
- Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and removing used dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, furniture, and service stations
- Ensure proper setup of tables with linens, utensils, and glassware
- Support banquet and event setups as needed
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or ExperienceLess than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsCurrent Food Handler’s certificate or Serv Safe certification is required. Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.
