Are you a natural leader who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly? Taco Casa is looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Leader to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, assisting team members during shifts, and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly service in a clean and welcoming environment.

• Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity throughout the shift
• Assist with food preparation and quality control
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with cash handling and register accountability
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Train and mentor new team members
• Help maintain adequate staffing and workflow during busy periods

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
