Overview
The Bartender provides an exceptional guest drinking experience by crafting both classic and creative drinks that meet and exceed customer expectations. A successful Bartender is enthusiastic, engaging, and dedicated to delivering high-quality service in a friendly atmosphere.
The Bartender provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group.
He or she performs all responsibilities whiledemonstratingoutstanding customer serviceskillsrepresentative of Castle Royal Service.
- Assist with overall alcoholic beverage preparation.
- Use of jigger pouring, cutting fruit and other garnishes as needed
- Follows local,stateand federal health standards, and follows recipes designed by onsite F&B leadership.
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the bar, dining room, walk-incoolersand all storage areas.
- Performsadditionalresponsibilities as requested by the onsite F&B leadership.
- Hand wash and/or use of industrialdishwashersfor glassware and other barware items.
- Always follow sanitation policies

Education and Experience
- Continuing education will be offered and administered as needed.
- Excellent knowledge of inmixing,garnishing and serving drinks.
- Understanding ofbasic kitchen sanitation.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work fastandeffectively and stay focused under pressure.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time.

- Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and calloutsin a timely manner.
