As a Shift Leader, you will assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will help lead the team, maintain operational standards, and create a positive work environment where everyone can succeed.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
Lead and motivate team members during each shift
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Ensure food quality, order accuracy, and speed of service
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Coach and develop team members into future leaders
Assist with inventory counts and truck orders
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed with integrity
Handle cash transactions and perform basic math accurately
Create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
Must obtain a Food Handler's License within the first 30 days of employment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred
