Responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while assisting with the daily operation, cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency of the Midway Grille.

• Greet members and guests and provide outstanding hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders and operate the POS system.
• Prepare simple food and beverage items as assigned.
• Process member charges, credit card transactions, and cash sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, beverage stations, and service areas.
• Assist with stocking inventory and receiving deliveries.
• Support tournaments, golf outings, and special events.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school preferred. Food service, hospitality, country club, restaurant, snack bar, customer service, or POS experience preferred.

Food Handler Certification, TABC Certification, Serv Safe Certification, CPR Certification, and First Aid Certification.

Strong customer service skills, communication abilities, cash handling knowledge, POS system familiarity, organizational skills, and a hospitality-focused attitude.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly, work indoors and outdoors, and work weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.
