• Decorate quality 85°C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including separating, filling and baking.
• Teamwork: follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standards, completing designated tasks perfectly.
• Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

The position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers. Duties may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
