Overview

EZCORP (brand EZPawn) is hiring retail sales associates / customer service team members (pawns) to start in a fast‑paced retail environment with competitive pay, bonus potential, and excellent benefits. The role offers a clear career path beginning with a paid training program and progressing to paid positions and management roles.

• Trainee – 5‑week paid training program with a $0.50 hourly raise and promotion to pawnbroker upon completion.
• Pawnbroker – earn an additional $1/hr and continue to the Pawnbroker Certification Program.
• Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) – promotion potential.
• Assistant Manager – 6‑month training to run a store.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test after a conditional offer.
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) – a plus.
• Sales background – a plus.
• Bilingual – a plus.
