Visual Merchandising Manager – Victoria’s Secret for Greece, Cyprus & Malta
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and commercially driven Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and execute visual merchandising strategies for Victoria’s Secret across Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in fashion, beauty, or retail environments who understands how to create impactful customer experiences, elevate brand presentation, and drive commercial performance through exceptional visual execution.
As part of the regional team, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent implementation of global visual merchandising standards while adapting executions to local market needs and supporting the continued growth of the brand across multiple markets.
The role is part of the regional structure and works closely with the regional management team based in Belgrade.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure consistent implementation of Victoria’s Secret visual merchandising standards across all retail locations in line with global brand guidelines
- Lead and coordinate implementation of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations within planned timelines
- Support sales performance through commercially driven visual merchandising strategies
- Plan and manage 2D & 3D visual merchandising elements and store presentations
- Organize and deliver VM training sessions for store teams in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Manage budgeting, optimization, and cost control of POS materials (indoor & outdoor)
- Plan, monitor, and analyze monthly VM material consumption and future business needs
- Coordinate ordering and delivery of POS materials from global and local suppliers
- Monitor and control implementation quality of all POS and VM materials
- Participate in the planning and development of visual merchandising tools and materials
- Support logistics and operational activities related to VM materials for existing and new store openings
- Coordinate timelines and communication regarding campaign implementation with all relevant departments
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor VM execution, provide support, and deliver constructive feedback
- Support new store openings through coordination and setup of displays and visual merchandising materials
- Prepare reports and analyses for management
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or similar retail-related roles
- Experience with in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium retail industry is considered a strong advantage
- Strong visual sense combined with commercial awareness
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Advanced English language skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office package
- Valid driver’s license (Category
B) and active driving experience - Availability for frequent travel across markets
