Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also maintain Home displays and ensure they are in proper order throughout the day.
