Job Overview

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – Join our team to support the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Verify that plans negotiated by the Sales Representative with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and support new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Residence within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Longview, TX); secondary locations in Gilmer, TX.
• Availability for four weekdays and one weekend day, starting at 5 a.m.

Four weekdays and one weekend day per week with a start time of 5 a.m. Physical work is expected including lifting, bending, carrying, and occasional pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.

Hourly compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 based on experience.
