Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws and policies; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps with solutions or termination as needed.;
Open and close the store as required; personally open at least two times per week and close at least two times per week.;
Evaluate operating statements to identify trends, opportunities, and issues; manage inventory and ordering plans weekly.;
Maintain inventory accuracy, presentation, cashier accountability, safety, and customer service leadership..
