MISSION OFTHE ROLE
Lead shift execution so our store runs fast, clean, and friendly — every hour of every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DOYou’ll be the on‑shift leader for the front of house — responsible for pace, cleanliness, guest experience, cash discipline, and coaching your team.
Your success will be measured by how well you:
- Protect a fast checkout experience by shifting labor quickly and leading with urgency
- Maintain spotless store, restrooms, and outside areas throughout the shift
- Create a friendly, welcoming guest experience and help drive positive reviews
- Run accurate cash procedures with integrity and consistency
- Keep product recovered, faced, and presentable, and complete daily expired/damages pulls
- Coach your direct reports through consistent monthly 1:1s with documented follow‑up
- Leads humbly and holds the line — sets the pace, stays calm, and follows through
- Cares deeply — treats guests and teammates with real respect, especially when it’s busy
- Cleans relentlessly — notices the small stuff and fixes it without being asked
- Runs lean — uses labor wisely, keeps lines moving, and stays ahead of the rush
- Develops people — coaches, documents 1:1s, and raises the bar month after month
