In collaboration with your store manager, you assist in the overall management of the boutique.

You ensure that all conditions are met to maximize sales, customer shopping experience, and the impeccable image of your sales area.

Together with your store manager, you conduct comprehensive and detailed analyses of your self-service sales and individual sales (made by your sales advisors), and implement action plans in line with your objectives.

You also conduct comprehensive and detailed analyses of the profitability of merchandising and appropriate action plans on product rotation, restocking, and inventory management.

You lead and motivate your team, maintaining a pleasant, energetic, and supportive work atmosphere.

Together with your store manager, you oversee recruitment, integration, training, development, and potential detection for your entire team.

PROFILE

We are looking for someone with significant experience as an assistant manager in a retail setting, ideally in ready-to-wear fashion.

Beyond essential professional skills such as mastery of sales analysis, knowledge of our product and the fashion sector, we are looking for a true personality!

You are a passionate retailer: business and customer service oriented, you enjoy being on the ground with your team and customers. The role is 80% on the ground, by the way.
