Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates run registers, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. The role requires standing for long periods of time and being ready to help with customer questions and needs.
