Bagger - Savoy

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
• Place customers’ purchases into bags
• Place filled bags in the cart
• Carry customers’ purchases to their vehicles
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot
• Pick up paper and debris in the store, from the parking lot, and from the carts
• Stock bags on check stands
• Empty trash from check stands and the service center
• Sweep and mop floors
• Return merchandise left at check‑out to shelves
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Verify prices of merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Training will be provided at the store level.

Bending and stooping required; able to push 3 to 5 carts at a time; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; work outside in seasonal weather; stay on feet for the entire shift (4‑8hours).

• Internal candidates and store teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store support center teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing – not on a performance‑improvement plan or active discipline.
• Interview invitation requires manager approval based on performance.

Pay Range: $15.00 – $15.00 per hour.
