Freestone Golf and Lake Club is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-driven Golf Shop Concierge to join our team. This role is all about creating an inviting shopping experience for members and guests
, maintaining an organized and visually appealing golf shop, and providing top-tier customer service.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their presentation, organization, and communication skills
, ensuring the golf shop operates smoothly and efficiently. While golf knowledge is a bonus, it is not required-what matters most is a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed

• Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
  , ensuring they feel welcome in the golf shop.
• Assist members and guests with their shopping experience
  , providing recommendations and ensuring a seamless checkout process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop
  , including neatly folded shirts and steamed hanging apparel.
• Take ownership of the presentation of displays
  , ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively arranged.
• Answer phone calls with a welcoming and helpful tone
  , assisting with inquiries or directing calls as needed.
• Process transactions, including merchandise sales and guest fees, accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with retail inventory management, including restocking and basic inventory tracking.
• Work collaboratively with golf professionals and other staff to ensure a seamless operation.
