Job Description

Ancira Partners Chevy GMC Cuero is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal departments with parts identification, ordering, and fulfillment while delivering excellent service in a friendly, quality‑oriented dealership environment.

Automotive parts experience is required, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Pay

Pay: $50, annually

Schedule

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30AM-6PM Saturday 730AM-2PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and purchases
  • Identify correct parts using dealership systems and manufacturer resources
  • Process parts orders, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in dealership systems
  • Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times
  • Work collaboratively with Service, Sales, and Parts team members
Qualifications
  • Automotive parts experience required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Customer service‑oriented with strong communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Familiarity with CDK strongly preferred
  • Inventory experience a plus
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment and random drug testing
