Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment:
Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor.;
Developing Great Teams & Partnerships:
Engage with Associates and participate in district meetings and recognition.;
Mitigating Theft & Fraud:
Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor, identify suspicious behavior, communicate with leadership.;
Minimizing Operational Shortage:
Educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and monitor checkout procedures.;
Other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
