Ross Stores - - Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and maintain a safe environment;
Greet customers and respond to questions in a courteous manner while identifying theft indicators;
Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages;
Monitor and communicate potential safety issues to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention;
Assist in training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper procedures
