Kim's Convenience Stores Inc is seeking a Shift Lead - Deli to oversee daily deli operations within our busy retail location. In this hands-on role, you'll lead deli team members, ensure food safety and quality standards, manage prep, stocking, and merchandising, and deliver friendly, efficient customer service. You'll assist with shift scheduling, training new staff, handling cash and POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized deli area.
