Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory control
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach store associates to meet performance goals
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues
• Analyze sales data, set targets, and execute merchandising and promotional plans
• Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and budgets using digital tools and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement new technologies and process improvements
