Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Dollar General, partnering with OpenAI's innovative culture, is seeking a Store Manager in Wheeler, TX to lead an on-site retail operation powered by modern technology. You will oversee daily store performance, drive sales, and ensure a superior customer experience while using data and POS systems to inform decisions. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you'll recruit, train, and coach associates, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure policy, safety, and loss prevention compliance.

Collaborate with regional leaders to pilot new tools and processes, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities
