Key Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, friendly, and well-stocked experience for every customer
• Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle all payment methods
• Comply with state laws when transacting beer purchases
• Balance cash drawers at shift start and end
• Process exchanges and refunds according to company policy
• Maintain a tidy checkout area and assist with stocking and labeling merchandise
• Serve as first responder to customer complaints
• Train new crew members and perform other assigned duties
• Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent listening and clear communication skills to meet customer needs
• Mastery of POS functions and basic math skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform light cleaning and maintenance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
