Location: Fort Bliss
Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide world-class customer service: promptly greet customers, respond to questions and concerns, assist with gaming needs, inform customers of promotions and trade-in programs, and thank customers for shopping at Game Stop.;
Sell and close sales using Game Stop’s Solution Selling Tablet and POS system.;
Assist with supervising Military Retail Keyholders to ensure top customer service and store operations.;
Assist with training store associates on policies, procedures, and guidelines.;
Help with store inventory counts, stocking/restocking merchandise, and bank deposits as required.
