ESSENTIAL JOBDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide frontline customer service
- Help customers identify specific trailer components needed
- Prepare purchase orders, receive parts
- Inventory control, cycle counts
- Parts picking for repair orders
- Keep parts shop and accessory store clean and organized
- Label, count, barcode, and shelf all parts upon arrival
- Prior experience in parts retail, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Experience in trailers, truck beds, RV, automotive parts a plus
- Ability to learn technical knowledge quickly
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented work habits
- Product knowledge – familiarity with trailer mechanics, parts, and accessories
- Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent; dealership or retail parts experience preferred
