Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, motivated team members who enjoy working with clients, in a fun, fast‑paced, exciting work environment and who play a pivotal role in connecting with our valued clients by helping them find the perfect architectural millwork solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Develop a deep understanding of our specialty architectural millwork solutions, their features, benefits, applications, and materials to provide expert guidance.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget.
  • Quoting and Pricing:
    Prepare accurate quotes and pricing information, ensuring competitive yet profitable offerings.
  • Order Processing:
    Process customer orders efficiently, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Support:
    Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post‑sales support.
  • Sales Tracking:
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to work directly with clients one on one daily.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary:
Hourly base + Commission
