Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and live chat. - Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our specialty architectural millwork solutions, their features, benefits, applications, and materials to provide expert guidance. - Consultative Selling:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget. - Quoting and Pricing:
Prepare accurate quotes and pricing information, ensuring competitive yet profitable offerings. - Order Processing:
Process customer orders efficiently, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery. - Customer Support:
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post‑sales support. - Sales Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. - Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong desire to work directly with clients one on one daily.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary:
Hourly base + Commission
