Overview

LaSalle Network has partnered with a large manufacturing company in their hire for a Sales Executive who lives to hunt. This role is built for a high-energy, competitive B2B seller who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and winning new business—while still owning accounts long after the deal closes.

This is not a “close it and hand it off” role and it’s not price-driven selling. Success here requires a consultative mindset, the confidence to challenge customers, and the grit to push deals forward in complex, fast-moving environments.

This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, two remote) selling within a specific territory in the greater San Antonio region.

What You’ll Do
  • Aggressively hunt and prospect new B2B customers within manufacturing and packaging-related markets
  • Build, manage, and execute against a full, disciplined pipeline—from first outreach through close and beyond
  • Lead value-based discovery conversations that uncover real customer needs (even when customers think they already know what they want)
  • Own the entire sales cycle and remain the long-term face of the account after the deal is won
  • Drive deals forward in environments with ambiguity, disruption, and shifting priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strong execution, while maintaining primary ownership of the customer relationship
  • Balance autonomy with teamwork—knowing when to lead independently and when to pull in support
  • Win consistently in situations where things don’t go perfectly (because they won’t)
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new business development
  • Proven hunter mindset—prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing are non-negotiable
  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial environments strongly preferred
  • Track record of success in consultative, value-driven sales (not transactional or price-led)
  • Comfortable owning accounts long-term while continuing to drive net-new revenue
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional credibility
  • Fast executor, independent contributor, and self-starter
  • Competitive, resilient, and obsessed with winning, even when things are messy

This position pays a base salary of $80k with OTE north of $100k. You will also be eligible for a full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.
