- Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain the sales database.
- Present products to customers.
- Shop the area competition.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred.
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills – both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups.
- Valid driver's license.
