• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
• Use expertise in products to assist customers with inquiries and showcase the benefits of switching to the employer's services

• Three to six months of related experience and/or training in outbound telemarketing or a call center
• A proactive approach to engaging and encouraging customers to commit
• Strong communication skills to direct conversations and close sales
• An Associate's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory

• Previous experience in outbound telemarketing
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
