Inside Sales Executive; Electronic Component​/Order Processing LT

Job Description

• Assist Sales Team to carry out Request for Quote (RFQ) from the assigned customers
• Liaising with Marketing thru quotes system (Model N), and reply to customers
• Maintain / Update pricing history and quotes, maintain database of these contract files
• Communicate with assigned customers on behalf of the team, handling arising issues
• Assist in ad hoc reports on customer performance
• Follow up on outstanding payment issues with the customers
• Primary an inside sales role, with occasional involvement in external sales-related activities alongside the Sales Team

• IT literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to produce necessary reports and other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent and proactive, able to take ownership and complete tasks assigned with integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise message to stakeholders and team members.
• Able to exercise good judgement with analytical thinking.
• Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced with self- motivation and determination.
