We are an established 3PL brokerage with a strong market presence and consistent freight volume, and we’re expanding our Carrier Sales team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Glen Rose, Texas, for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with carrier partners.

• Source, onboard, and develop long‑term carrier partnerships
• Negotiate competitive rates while protecting margins
• Cover freight quickly and strategically in all market conditions
• Monitor market trends and capacity to stay ahead of pricing shifts
• Ensure service excellence and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams

• Minimum 1–2 years of carrier sales experience in a 3PL brokerage
• Strong existing carrier relationships
• Proven ability to cover loads and maintain profitability
• Confidence in rate negotiations and high‑volume freight
• Competitive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, team‑driven office environment
