• Actively source and develop new corporate clients for recruitment services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
• Conduct sales meetings, calls, and presentations with potential clients
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, and follow up on business opportunities
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful job placements
• Meet monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on market trends and hiring demands in Singapore

• Diploma or Degree in Business, or related field
• Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or service industry is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Familiar with Singapore employment market is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
