This is a high‑income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential.
No roofing experience? No problem. If you’re motivated and coachable, we’ll train you.
What You’ll Earn- $70K–$80K Year 1
- $90K–$100K Year 2
- $110K+ Year 3
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn well above this. Potential to surpass listed ranges based on performance!
- Leads provided + unlimited earning potential
- No experience required – paid training included
- Fast promotions into leadership roles
- Flexible schedule / field‑based work
- Strong support team handles operations so you can sell
- 1099 + W2 options available (based on experience)
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
- Close deals and manage your pipeline
- Build referrals and repeat business
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door‑to‑door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
