Location: Aspermont
FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders in Aspermont, Texas. You will conduct inspections, report on property conditions, and manage your schedule flexibly. The role primarily requires good time management and the ability to drive efficiently within your assigned territory. Pay is based on inspections with the potential to earn $20-$30 per hour.
This is a 1099 position with no mileage reimbursement. Experience in mortgage field inspections is not a requirement.
