Overview

Priority1, Inc. is a premier consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are expanding our sales team in the North Houston office and are looking for Territory Sales Representatives to drive new business acquisition across the Houston, TX market.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business and conduct B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
  • Develop and manage lead generation activities using CRM to track all sales activity.
  • Sell and set up new accounts, and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with executive‑level decision makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, Vice President) to present and close solutions.
  • Participate in the "Fast Start Program" – a 3‑month in‑the‑field training with upper management.
  • Engage in continuous training and development, including corporate training in Little Rock, AR.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication).
  • Active campus involvement (athletics highly recommended).
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished professional appearance.
  • Motivated to be part of a winning team with a strong desire for success.
Compensation
  • Base salary of $40,000.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • $500 monthly car allowance.
  • Reimbursement for gas receipts.
