Overview

• Conduct face‑to‑face presentations in our state‑of‑the‑art sales centers at award‑winning resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. by establishing rapport, listening, and sharing product advantages.
• Receive pre‑qualified leads from the company.
• Effectively present and deliver the Tour Guide presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep current on Tour Guide information, materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co.
• Link product benefits to the customer’s vacation goals.
• Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high‑energy environment.

• Ability to obtain a CA Real Estate License within 6 months of hire (Company facilitates and subsidizes this process).
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and professional.
• Active listening skills.
• Consistent achievement of minimum production standards.
• Proficiency with general computer skills and ability to work with tablets/smart devices.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Team player who thrives in a shared work space.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

All newly hired Tour Guides must successfully complete an industry‑respected training module and participate in ongoing training at each location to ensure long‑term success.

The target annual compensation for this role is $70,000, comprising a $17.75 hourly rate plus per‑transaction payouts and an opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
