We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Business Account Executive to increase our presence across Seymour, Aspermont, Haskell, Stamford, Abilene, and the surrounding markets. This role focuses on generating new business, building long-term relationships, and delivering customized fiber and managed IT solutions to local businesses.
If you are motivated by winning new accounts, solving client challenges, and owning your territory, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact.
What You’ll DoDrive New Business Growth
- Prospect through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a $1M+ active pipeline in CRM
- Develop relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
Be a Trusted Technology Advisor
- Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Analyze infrastructure, systems, and potential security risks
- Recommend tailored fiber and managed IT solutions
Sell a Full Suite of Services
- Fiber Internet & Business Voice
- Structured Cabling & Networking
- Managed IT Services & Network Management
- Wireless Access Points & Phone Systems
- Security Solutions (Cameras, Firewalls, Controlled Access)
- Cloud Services, Backup & Disaster Recovery
Represent in the Community
- Participate in Chamber events, civic organizations, and networking groups
- Establish strong local market presence and brand awareness
- Base Salary + Commission Structure

- Proven ability to generate new business
- Willingness to share prior performance (revenue, quota attainment)
- Experience in IT, telecom, or technology sales
- 4-year degree
