Job SummaryThis role is to manage all of the carrier-related duties that fall on the Operations department. This includes setting up all agents with the appropriate appointments, fielding inquiries from our carrier partners and agents as they relate to the company's carrier access, working with our Product team on carrier rollouts, and determining appointment structures and project plans.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Carrier appointment creation and management (all products)
- Book rolls and policy transfers within the carrier system
- Carrier inquiries
- Carrier rollouts and appointment structures
- Login assistance for agents
- High school diploma. College degree or some college preferred.
- Experience working in a service or sales related role preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
