As part of our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious and results‑driven Sales Engineers to strengthen our technical projects team.
Your Mission- As a Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by building strong client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering high-value technical solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while ensuring outstanding customer experience.
- Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients in technical projects, driving sustainable sales growth and long‑term partnerships
- Identify and approach new clients to expand the portfolio and increase market share
- Manage the full sales cycle: from technical proposal and quotation to negotiation and contract closure
- Source and collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive and optimal technical solutions
- Oversee contract implementation through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track sales opportunities and maintain CRM updates to improve conversion rates
- Monitor client market positioning and evolving needs to proactively adjust commercial strategies
- Analyze KPIs and sales data to forecast growth and design targeted development plans
- Monitor market trends and competition, proposing strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage
- Proven experience in technical sales and large‑scale technical projects (industrial – hydraulic sector preferred)
- Strong market awareness and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication (technical, presentation, executive) and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiation, project coordination, and technical problem‑solving skills
- Engineering degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems
- Fluency in Greek & English
- Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad
