As part of our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious and results‑driven Sales Engineers to strengthen our technical projects team.

Your Mission
  • As a Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by building strong client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering high-value technical solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while ensuring outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients in technical projects, driving sustainable sales growth and long‑term partnerships
  • Identify and approach new clients to expand the portfolio and increase market share
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from technical proposal and quotation to negotiation and contract closure
  • Source and collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive and optimal technical solutions
  • Oversee contract implementation through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Track sales opportunities and maintain CRM updates to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor client market positioning and evolving needs to proactively adjust commercial strategies
  • Analyze KPIs and sales data to forecast growth and design targeted development plans
  • Monitor market trends and competition, proposing strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in technical sales and large‑scale technical projects (industrial – hydraulic sector preferred)
  • Strong market awareness and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication (technical, presentation, executive) and interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiation, project coordination, and technical problem‑solving skills
  • Engineering degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems
  • Fluency in Greek & English
  • Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad
